Who can become a HootBoard dealer or partner?
AV resellers, system integrators, digital signage agencies, tourism and smart-city consultants, and hardware manufacturers (OEMs) who want to offer HootBoard to their clients. Whether you refer, resell, or build it in, there’s a fit.
What’s the commitment to start?
None. There’s no upfront commitment — begin as a Reseller with no minimums, start referring or reselling right away, and grow at your own pace.
How do I make money?
Commission as a Reseller; hardware margin plus a recurring share of software as a Dealer. You can also bundle HootBoard into your own service offerings for added value.
Do you offer referral tracking or a partner dashboard?
Yes. Partners get access to our affiliate portal (powered by Tapfiliate) to track referrals, commissions, and campaign performance in real time.
How do territories work?
State-level. A limited number of Exclusive State Dealers per state, based on population.
Can I offer HootBoard white-labeled or co-branded?
Yes. Depending on your tier, you can use co-branded sales materials and presentations — and, for qualifying partners, white-labeled deployments.
Can I bundle HootBoard software with my own kiosks or hardware?
Yes. Hardware partners and OEMs can pre-install HootBoard OS on their kiosks, making it easy to ship bundled smart-kiosk solutions.
Do I have to manage installation and support?
Not necessarily. You can handle it yourself or let our team manage onboarding and support — we’re flexible based on your business model and how involved you want to be.
What training and support do I get?
Certification, a demo kit, co-branded collateral, and 24/7 product support — plus sales enablement and technical training so your team can pitch and support HootBoard with confidence.
Do I need to carry inventory?
Not as a Reseller. Dealers may carry a demo unit.
How are leads handled?
Inbound HootBoard leads are routed to dealers; Exclusive State Dealers get priority in their territory.
State territories are limited. Become a founding dealer.
Early dealers get first pick of territory and locked-in launch pricing. Don’t let a competitor claim your state.
